Mark is responsible for a large range of local and international clients and advises regularly on international tax matters. He has extensive experience in budgeting, cash flow projections and start up operations. He has also assisted in litigation involving loss of income, foreign exchange, business and company valuations and family law matters. He has overall responsibility for the practice's information technology systems.

Mark acts as resident director for a number of Australian subsidiaries of overseas listed companies and regularly advises on tax, accounting and other commercial matters relating to such appointments.
